       covenant & Agree to & with the said Solomon Wooden his
       heirs & Assigns that he the said Richard Gresham his heirs
       Exe.rs & Adm.rs from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       shall & will warrant & defend the s.d parcell of Land
       of from & against any claim title interest or Demand
       of him the s.d Rich.d Gresham his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       & all other persons whatsoever claiming or to Claim with
       from under or by him or any of them unto him the said Solomon
       Wooden his Heirs & Assigns forever the Rents and
       Services that may hereafter grow due to the Lord Propry
       only excepted & foreprised & that he the said Rich.d Gresham
       his Heirs Exe.rs & Adm.rs shall & will at any time hereafter
       execute any further or other Deed or Deeds Conveyance or
       Conveyances that shall reasonably advised devised or
       required by the s.d Solomon Wooden his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or
       Assigns for ever or his or their Councill learned in the law
       at the proper Cost & Charges of him the s.d Solomon Wooden
       his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns In Witness whereof the
       s.d Rich.d Gresham hath hereunto sett his hand & seal the
       Day & Year first above Written
       Sealed & Delivered in Presence of us
       Th.o Hynson                                 Rich.d Gresham     Seal
       Jn.o Williamson                             Martha Gresham   Seal

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)

       Kent County fs      Memorandum that on the Twenty Seventh
       day of November Came the within mentioned Richard
       Gresham and Martha his Wife before us Two of
       his Lordships Justices & Acknowledged the within Land
       & premisses to be the Right Title & Estate of the within
       named Solomon Wooden his Heirs & Assigns for ever &
       at the same time Came Martha Gresham Wife of the
       s.d Rich.d Gresham who being Privatly examined out of
       the hearing of her said Husband did Voluntarily &
