       tree of the Land called good hope & running thence
       para^l^ell with the said Land East North East
       four hundred ^perches^ then running running South South East
       one hundred and thirty four perches to a bounded ^red^ Oak
       on a Ridge then running West South West Six hundred
       perches to another Markt red Oak then running North
       North West one hundred & seventy four perches till
       it intersects the Land called Cligats forrest then
       running & bounding on the said Clegats forrest East
       North East one hundred & fifty six perches to a bounded
       red Oak the first bounded tree of the Land called
       Gibson's Park then lastly running by a Straight line
       to the first bounded tree containing & now laid out for
       five hundred Acres of Land more or less To have &
       to hold the said parcell of Land contained within the
       Aboves.d bounds with all Rights ^Profitts^ Benefits priviledges
       & Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
       wise Appertaining unto him the said Solomon
       Wooden his Heirs & Assigns for ever & the s.d Rich.d
       Gresham for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth
       hereby covenant and agree to & with the s.d Solomon
       Wooden his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Rich.d
       Gresham at the time of the Ensealing & delivery
       hereof hath good Right & lawful authority to sell
       & convey the s.d parcell of Land with the appurtenances
       thereof & that the s.d Solomon Wooden his heirs &
       Assigns shall & may for ever hereafter have hold &
       peaceably possess occupy & Enjoy the s.d Land & premisses
       without any interuption or hinderance of him the
       s.d Rich.d Gresham his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns &
       that the same is clear & free from all incumberances
       whatsoever and the said Rich.d Gresham for himself
       his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs doth by these presents further
