132) ever hereafter Exonerate Acquitt and Discharge & keep harmless the said Mathew Baker his Heirs & Assigns as also the said One Hundred Acres of Land with other the Appurtainances before Mentioned Bargained & Sold & every part & parcell thereof free & clear from all manner of former & other gifts grants bargains sales leases mortgages Jointures Dowers title of Dower Judgments Executions uses Entails Rents & Arrearages & demands & of & from all & Singular other Titles Troubles charges & demands Whatsoever The Rents & Services which from hence forth from time to time & at all times hereafter for & in Respect of the Bargained Premisses shall grow due & payable to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the Fee only Excepted or Foreprized And the s.d Mathew Elliott doth Covenant & agree to & with the said Mathew Baker that he the said mathew Elliott his Heirs Executors & Administrators shall & will for ever hereafter Secure Warrant and Defend the said One Hundred Acres of Land with all & Singular the afore Mentioned Appurtainances from him his Heirs & Assigns as also from all & every other Person or Persons claiming or shall have any lawfull Claim or demand into the af.d Land & Premisses free & clear unto him the said Mathew Baker his Heirs & Assigns for Ever And the said Mathew Elliott his Heirs Executors or Administrators or any of them shall & will at any time hereafter when thereunto Required make acknowledge or cause to be Executed all & every such further Act & Acts Thing or Things Assurances in the Law as the said Mathew Baker or his Heirs & Assigns or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised or Required for the further & more sure making the fore Mentioned Land & Appurtainances unto him the said Mathew Baker his Heirs & Assigns In Witness whereof the said mathew Elliott hath hereunto set his hand & seal the Day & Year above Written Signed Sealed & Deliver'd his in Presence of Us Matthew M Elliott seal Henry Hall mark W.m Chapman Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Reced Janry 6.th 1745 of M.r Mathew Baker the sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling the Consideration Money Mention'd in the within Deed by me his Testes Matthew M Elliott Henry Hall mark W.m Chapman Jun.r |
