       doth Clearly Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Mathew
       Baker his Heirs Executors & Administrators & Assigns for ever by these
       Presents Hath given granted Aliened Sold Expressed & Confirmed & by these
       Presents doth fully clearly and absolutely give grant bargain & Sell Allien
       Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Mathew Baker his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever or Tract of Land Containing one hundred Acres the said Land
       being laid & surveyed to David Macklefresh of Ann Arundel County
       Deceased as more at Large appear by the Certificate of Survey Relation
       thereunto being had and the said Tract of Land was given by the last
       Will and Testament of David Macklefresh af.d to his son
       Thomas Macklefresh the same may fully appear Reference thereunto
       being had Called Dock Hill situate lying & being in the County of
       Baltimore in the Province af.d at the head of Bush River in the
       Woods above the head of a Run Called Binams Run Beginning at the
       last bounded Trees of a Parcell of Land called S.t Alboms being a bounded
       Red Oak and a Double Red Oak & Runs thence South by East One
       Hundred & forty Perches to another bounded Red Oak of the said Land
       Then West & by south One Hundred & fifteen Perches Then North & by
       West One Hundred & Forty Perches Then to the first Trees Mentioned
       Containing One Hundred Acres of Land more or less to be held of the
       Mannour of Baltimore Together with all Houses Timber or TImber
       Trees Ways Passages Water & Water Courses Profits & Conveniences whatsoever
       To have & to hold the said One Hundred Acres of Land with all & singular
       the Appurtainances thereto belonging to him the said Mathew Baker
       his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper Use & behoof of the said Mathew
       Baker his Heirs & Assigns for Ever and that the said Mathew Elliott at
       time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents is Seized of & in the same
       Land & Premisses of a good pure perfect & Absolute estate of inheritance
       in fee simple without any Condition or Limittation to alter or Change
       the same & hath in himself full power good right and lawfull Authority
       to grant bargain Sell & Convey all & singular the before ^[illegible]^ Mentioned granted
       Premisses with their & every of their Appurtainances unto the said Mathew
       Baker his Heirs & Assigns may by force & virtue of these presents
       from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter lawfully & Peaceably
       & Quietly have hold use occupy possess the af.d Land & appurtainances
       with their & every of their Rights Members thereunto any ways belonging
       for ever And the said Mathew Elliott doth hereby agree to and with the said
       Mathew Baker that he the said mathew Elliott his Heirs Executors ^or^ Administrators
       & every of them shall & will from time to time & at all times for
