       Expressed shall Cease Determin and be Void so far only as the
       said Daniel Dulany & Henrietta Maria his Wife shall declare
       in manner & form af.d anything in these Presents to the Contrary
       Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the said parties have

       Maria his Wife & the said Henrietta Maria being Examined
       apart from her said Husband declared that she freely &
       Willingly became a party to the within Deed without being
       Induced thereto by fears or threats or ill usage of her said
       Husband or fear of his Displeasure

Ex.d       This Indenture made this Sixth Day of January Anno
       Domini One Thousand seven hundred and forty & five Between
       Mathew Elliott of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter of the one Part And Mathew Baker of Baltimore
       County in the Province af.d Gent of the other Part Witnesseth
       That the said Mathew Elliott for & in Consideration of
       the Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand Paid by the said Mathew Baker ^at or^ before the
       Sealing & Delivery of These Presents the Receipt thereof he
       the said Mathew Elliott doth hereby acknowledge & himself therewith
       fully Satisfied & Paid & thereof & of every Part and Parcell
