       Consideration of the Remisses and of five Shillings  
       to the said Daniel Dulany in hand paid by the said
       Rober Lloyd the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       and to the Intent and purposes af.d have Given Granted
       Bargained Sold & Confirmed and by these presents do
       Give Grant Bargain Sell & Confirm to the Uses Intents
       Trusts & Purposes hereafter Mentioned Limitted & Expressed
       unto the Said Rober Lloyd all that Moyety or half part
       of the Tract or Mannor of Land in Cecil County Called Augustin
       or S.t Augustin's Mannor which the said Philemon
       Lloyd purchased from Matthias Vanbebber and the said
       Matthias from Ephraim Augustin Herman by Whatsoever
       Name or Names the same is or hath been Deemed Reputed
       and Taken and Whatsoever Number or Quantity of Acres
       the same doth Contain Together with all the Right Title
       & Estate of her the said Henrietta Maria ^in^ the said Mannor
       of Augustin or S.t Augustin with all and Singular the
       Buildings Improvements Rights Proffits advantages
       and Appurtinances thereunto belonging To have &
       To hold to him the said Robert Lloyd his heirs &
       Assigns for ever to the Uses Intents trusts & purposes hereafter
       Mentioned Limitted & Expressed that is to say to the
       use of the said Daniel Dulany & Henrietta Maria
       his Wife or their Assigns and for & During their Lives and
       the Longest Liver of them without any Impeachment of or
       for any Wast & with Licence & liberty to Commit Wast and to
       have take & Receive the Rents Issues & proffits thereof
       and after the Decease of the said Daniel Dulany and
       Henrietta Maria his Wife to the Use of Lloyd Dulany
       Son of the said Daniel Dulany & Henrietta Maria his
       Wife & the Heirs of his Body Lawfully Begotten ^or^ to be
       begotten for ever and in Default of such Heirs then
       to the use of the Child with which the said Henrietta Maria
                                                                            (is)
