       is now Enseint and the Heirs of the Body of the said Child for Ever
       and in default of such Heirs then to any other Son or Sons Daughter
       or Daughters to be begotten on the Body of the said Henrietta
       Maria by the said Daniel Dulany Severally & successively
       in Remainder one after another in Seniority of Age and Priority of
       Birth and the Heirs of the Body or Bodies of such son or Sons Daughter
       or Daughters for ever & in default of such Heirs to Bennet Chew
       Son of the said Henrietta Maria by Samuel Gent Deceased her
       former Husband and his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Robert
       Lloyd for himself his Heirs and Assigns and the said Daniel Dulany
       and Henrietta Maria his Wife for themselves and their heirs do
       Mutually Covenant Grant & agree to & with each other that he the
       said Robert Lloyd & his heirs shall be Stand & Remain Seised of the
       Premisses to the Uses trusts and purposes herein before mentioned
       and to no other Use or Purpose whatsoever Provided always and upon
       Condition and it is Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed upon by
       and between the said Parties and the true Intent & Meaning hereof also
       is that if the said Daniel Dulany & Henrietta Maria his Wife
       at any time during the Life of the said Henrietta Maria be minded
       Purposed or determined to revoke alter change or make Void all and
       every the use and uses Estate or Estates herein before Limitted or to
       Vest the remainder of the premisses in any other Child or Children
       of her the said Henrietta Maria by her said former husband and
       to Exclude the said Bennett Chew from the said Remainder an
       such their Mind shall declare in or by any writing under their
       hands & Seals to be duely Executed in the presence of two or more sufficient
       and Reputable Witnesses to Revoke alter and Change and
       make Voyd all and every the Use & Uses Estate & Estates Intents or purposes
       herein before Limitted & Expressed or to Vest the Remainder of & in the
       Premisses in & to the Use of any other of her Children by the said Sam.l
       Chew of & in whatsoever Estate they shall think fit and to Exclude
       the said Bennett Chew from the same That then & from thenceforth
       all the Use & Uses Estate & Estates herein before Limitted and
