                                        Received of M.r Hugh Parker for his Lordships use
       four shillings ste.r ^being^ for the alienation fine of the within Lands
9     Recorded Dec.r 31.st 1745                           Benj.a Tasker


Ex.d      This Indenture made the twelfth Day of August in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred & forty five Between Daniel
       Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta Maria his Wife Daughter
       and heir at Law of Philemon Lloyd late of Queen Ann's County
       Esquire Deceased of the one part and Robert Lloyd of Queen
       Ann's County Gent of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas the
       said Daniel Dulany         and Henrietta Maria his Wife
       for the Natural Love and Affection which they have & bear to
       Lloyd Dulany Son of the said Daniel Dulany & Henrietta Maria
       his Wife and for the Advancement & Securing a provision for
       the said Lloyd Dulany and every other Child or Children which
       is or shall be begotten on the Body of the said Henrietta Maria
       by the said Daniel Dulany and to that end and Purpose
       that one full Moyety of the Mannor of Augustin or S.t Augustin
       in Cecil County which the said Philemon Lloyd Purchased of
       Matthias Vanbebber & the said Matthias from Ephraim Augustin
       Herman and whereof the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria
       his Wife are now seased and possessed in Right of the said Henrietta
       Maria by whatsoever name or Names the said Land hath been or is
       Called Deemed Reputed or taken and whatsoever quantity of Acres
       the same doth Contain & to the reversion & Reversions Remainder &
       Remainders thereof and all the Right TItle & Estate of her the
       said Henrietta Maria in the said Tract of Land or Mannor should
       be & Remain Settled and Vested to for & upon the Several Uses
       Trusts & Purposes hereafter mentioned & limitted Expressed and Declared
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Daniel
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife for and in Consideration
