       hereunto Sett his hand and affixed his seal the Day

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Received of the within mentioned Hugh Parker the sum
       of Seventy Pound being the Consideration for the within

       On the thirtieth Day of October Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
       and forty five personally appeared before us the subscribers
       two fo the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the peace for Prince
       Georges County the within Instrument of Writing to be his
       Act and Deed and the Land therein mentioned to be the right
       of the within named Hugh Parker his heirs & assigns for
       ever At the same time appeared Barbara Bumgardner
       Wife of the Said Peter Bumgardner and acknowledged
       the within Deed and her right of Dower in the premisses
       thereby Conveyed & that she makes this acknowledgement
       freely and willingly without any fear or ill usage of her
       said Husband or fear of his Displeasure
