Ex.d      This Indenture made the Twenty Eighth
       Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and forty five Between Peter Bumgardner of Prince
       Georges County in the Province of Maryland of the one part
       and Hugh Parker of the City of Philadelphia in the Province
       of Pensilvania of the other part Witnesseth that for the
       Consideration of the Sum of Seventy Pound Current money
       of the Province of Maryland by him the said Hugh Parker to
       the Said Peter Bumgardner well and truly paid before the
       Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he
       the Said Peter Bumgardner well and truly paid before the
       Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he
       the said Peter Bumgardner doth hereby acknowledge and
       from the same and every part thereof Exonerate Acquit
       and Discharge the Said Hugh Parker his heirs Executors
       Administrators and assigns Have given granted Bargained
       Sold aliened Transferrd and made over and by these presents
       Doth give grant bargain Sell Alien transfer & make over
       unto the Said Hugh Parker his heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns for ever one hundred Acres of Land being part of
       a Tract of two hundred Acres called Nazareth lying &
       being in Prince Georges County af.d as by the patent thereof
       to the Said Peter Bumgardner Dated the twenty sixth day
       of March Seventeen hundred and forty five appears and
       that the said one hundred Acres of Land part of two hundred
       Acres as af.d is land out and to be held according to the several
       Courses here taken and Specified in this Indenture beginning
       at the end of Seventy Six P.s in the giving line of the originall
       Tract beginning at the beginning Tree and reversing the
       Said Course back then North Seventy Degrees East seventy
       two P.s thence South thirty one Degrees East Eighty Six P.s
       then North twenty two Degrees East Sixty Six P.s then North
       twenty four Degrees West two hundred and ten P.s then by a
       Streight line to the place of beginning containing &
