       ^behoof^ of him the said Hugh Parker his heirs and assigns for ever and
       the said George Parker for himself and his heirs the said Tracts
       of Land and all and singular other the premisses with their and every
       of their appurtenances unto him the said Hugh Parker his heirs
       and assigns against him the said George Parker his heirs and
       assigns and all persons claiming by from or under him them or
       any of them shall and will warrant and for ever Defend In
       Witness whereof the said George Parker hath hereunto sett
       his hand and seal the Day and year above mentioned

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Received of the within mentioned Hugh Parker the sum of one

       of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land therein mentioned to be
       the right of the within named Hugh Parker his heirs & assigns for ever
       At the same time appeared Elizabeth Parker Wife of the same
       George and acknowledged the within Deed the right of Dower in y.e
       premisses thereby Conveyed and that she makes this acknowledgem.t
       freely and willingly without any fear or ill usage of her said husband
