Ex.d   This Indenture made this thirtieth Day of October in
       the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty five
       Between George Parker of Prince Georges County Farmer of
       the one part & Hugh Parker of the Province of Pensilvania
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Parker for
       and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Pounds to
       him in hand paid by the said Hugh Parker before the ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he Doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and every part and parcell
       thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely acquit exonerate &
       Discharge the Said Hugh Parker his Executors and administrators
       by these presents doth grant Bargain Sell Alien release Enfeoff
       and confirm by these presents hath granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened released and confirmed unto him the Said Hugh Parker
       and his heirs and assigns for ever all that Tract or parcell
       of Land called Salisbury Plains containing one hundred and
       twenty Acres as by the patent thereof to the said George Parker
       Dated the seventh Day of December Seventeen hundred and
       thirty eight appears and also that Tract or parcell of Land
       called Addition to Salisbury Plains containing eighty Acres
       as by the patent thereof to the said George Parker Dated the
       Eighth Day of December Seventeen hundred and thirty eight
       likewise appears which Lands lye in Prince Georges County &
       near or Contiguous to each other and all and singular the
       Improvements and advantages to the same belonging or in
       any wise appertaining and also all the Estate Right title
       Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said George
       Parker of in and to all and Singular the premisses with the
       appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tracts or parcells
       of Land with all and singular other the premisses herein before
       mentioned and intended to be hereby conveyed with their &
       every of their appurtenances unto the said Hugh Parker
       his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and
