       (of) Land lately added by Virtue of a Resurvey unto Digge's
       Choice which addition contains three thousand six hundred
       Seventy nine Acres and is included in the meets and bounds of
       the Resurvey of Digges Choice Together with all & Singular
       the Benfits and appurtenances to the said Land belonging or
       in any ways appurtaining To have and to hold the Said
       three thousand Six hundred seventy nine Acres of Land added
       to Digges Choice and included within the meets and bounds of
       the resurvey of Digges Choice with the premisses & appurtences
       thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaining unto
       him the Said Charles Carroll his heirs & assigns for ever
       to the only proper use and behoof of him the Said Charles Carroll
       his heirs and assigns and to no other use intent or purpose
       whatsoever and the Said John Digges for himself & he heirs doth
       covenant and agree to & with the Said Charles Carroll his
       heirs & assigns the land and premisses af.d unto him the
       Said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns the land &
       premisses af.d unto him the Said Charles Carroll his heirs
       and assigns against all persons for ever to warrant & Defend
       Provided Nevertheless and it is the true intent meaning
       of the parties to these presents that if the Said John Digges
       his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall well and truly pay unto the
       Said Charles Carroll his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns the Sum of
       one hundred Eighty three Pounds ninteen Shillings Ster
       at or upon the Second Day of September next ensuing the Date
       hereof with legall Interest thereon Then this Indenture ^is^ to be
       Void & of no Effect otherwise to remain in full force & Virtue
       in Law In Witness whereof the Said John Digges hath hereunto
       Set his hand and affixed his Seale the Day & year above
