109) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t 1745 Sept.r 2.th Received of Charles Carroll Esq.r the sum of one hundred Eighty three Pounds ninteen Shillings Ster being the Consideration money within mentioned £ 189 19 0 Ste.r John Digges Witness Geo Steuart W.m Baker 1745 Sept.r/2.th Then Came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Prov.l Court of maryland John Digges and acknowledged the within Deed according to an Act of Assembly in Such Cases made & Provided Recorded Nov.r 5.th 1745 B Young 5 Ex.d On the Sixteenth Day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & forty five before me William Tudman Notary & and Tabellion Publick Dwelling in London duly admitted & sworn and Witnesses personally appeared M.r Brian Philpot & M.r John Philpot of London Merchants who Declared that whereas Isaac Milner late of the Parish of St Martin Orgar London Deceased Departed this Life on or before the twenty Eighth Day of June which was in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty three and of his last Will & Testament did appoint his Brother Godfrey Milner Sole Executor And Whereas the said Gordfrey Milner Departed this life the twenty Eighth Day of July last past and of his last Will & Testament did appoint them the said Brian Philpot & John Philpot Executors as by a true and Exact Copy of the Original Probat of Each of the said Wills herewith to be produced duely proved & Exemplified unto the Seal of the Office of Mayoralty of the City of London may appear Therefore they the Said appearers as Executors of the said Godfrey Milner deceased Declared to have made (ordained) |
