       will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       when thereunto required do make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute
       or cause to be made done Acknowledged Suffered and Executed
       all and Every Such other Act or Acts thing or things assurances
       or conveyances in the Law as by the Said Thomas Hutchcraft his
       heirs or assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law Shall
       be from time to time reasonably Devised or advised for the further
       and better assurance and Sure making over of all and Singular
       the Said Land and premisses hereby bargained and sold or intended
       to be bargained and Sold unto him the Said Thomas Hutchcraft
       his heirs and assigns and the Said Robert Langford doth for
       himself Declare that at the time of the Sealing and Delivery of
       these presents that he is lawfully Seized of and in the said fifty
       Acres of Land and premisses of a good firm rightfull and
       Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance without any Condition
       or Limitation which may alter or Defeat the Same and that
       the said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and assigns may
       for ever Peacebly and Quietly have hold occupy and enjoy the
       Said fifty Acres of Land and premisses without any Lett Suit
       Trouble or Disturbance of him the Said Robert Langford or
       any other person by or under him according to the true intent &
       meaning of these presents in Witness whereof the Said Robert
       Langford hath hereunto Sett his hand & Seal the day and year
       above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the presence of                                 Rob.t Langford   Seal
       Alex.r Warfield Son of Rich.d
       Nicholas Gassaway Son of Tho.s

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Oct.r 5.th 1745 I Do hereby acknowledge to have received of the
       within named Tho.s Hutchcraft the Sum of twenty Pounds
       Current money of this Province and twenty three Pounds
       Sterling being the full consideration of the within ment.d
