       therewith to fully satisfied content and paid hath given granted
       bargained sold aliened Released and confirmed and by these pres.ts
       doth give grant Bargain Sell Alien release and confirm unto him the  
       Said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and assigns for ever all that Tract
       or parcell of Land called and known by the name of Shady Grove
       Scituate Lying and being in Prince Georges County beginning at
       three hundred Chesnutt Sapplins Standing at the head of the most
       Northermost Branch of a river called Hallings River and running
       from the said Saplins South fifty Degrees Wes forty P.s thece West
       North Thirty five Degrees West two hundred P.s thence North
       fifty Degrees East forty P.s thence with a Streight line to the
       first beginning Containing and laid out for fifty Acres of Land
       more or less together with all and Singular the premisses and
       appurtenances to the Said Land belonging or in any wise appertaining &
       to have and to hold the said fifty Acres of Land Together with the
       premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the
       Said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and assigns for ever to
       the only proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas Hutchcraft
       his heirs and assigns and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       and the Said Rob.t Langford for himself his heirs and assigns
       doth hereby covenant promise grant and agree to and with
       the said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and assigns for ever
       that he the Said Robert Langford his heirs and assigns Shall
       and will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       warrant and Defend the said fifty Acres of Land and premisses
       with its appurtenances against any person or persons whatsoever
       claiming or to Claim any right title or interest from by or under
       him the Said Robert Langford and his heirs unto the af.d fifty
       Acres of Land and premisses with its appurtenances and the said
       Robert Langford Doth further agree for himself his heirs and assigns
       to and with the Said Thomas Hutchcraft his heirs and assigns
       that he the Robert Langford his heirs and assigns Shall &
