       the whole jointly and severally firmly by these pres.ts as
       Witness our hands & Seals this 19.th Day of August Anno Dom

       The Condition of the above Obligation is such
       that if the above bound Turner Wootten and Eliz.a Wootten
       Shall for ever hereafter Quit Claiming any right or title that
       they the Said Turner and Eliz.a Hath unto part of a Tract
       of Land ment.d in the within Deed Said to contain Three hundred
       Acres within Expressed by reason of any Dower she the said
       Eliz.a Wootten hath in the within ment.d three hundred
       Acres of Land then the above Obligation to be Void else to be
       and remain in full force Power and Virtue in Law

Ex.d Maryland fs   This Indenture made this 5.th Day of
       October one thousand seven hundred forty five between Rob.t
       Langford of Annarundel County Joyner of the one part and
       Thomas Hitchcraft of the same County Planter on the
       other part Witnesseth that that the said Robert Langford for
       and in Consideration of the sum of twenty Pounds Current
       money of this Province and twenty three Pounds Sterling to him
       in hand paid by the said ^Thomas^ Hitchcraft the receipt whereof the
       Rob.t Langford doth hereby acknowledge and himself
