       And that he will Warrant and Defend the af.d three
       hundred Acres of Land and premisses unto the said Stephen
       Onion his heirs and assigns against himself and his
       heirs and from and against all and every other person
       Claiming from by or under him or them or any of
       them, and the said Henry Willson doth for himself and his
       heirs Covenant and agree to and with the said Stephen
       Onion his heirs and assigns that he the said Henry Willson
       or his heirs at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the
       said Stephen Onion his heirs or assigns will Execute
       and acknowledge any further Deed or Deeds device
       or devices in the Law for the further and better securing
       to the said Stephen Onion his heirs and assigns the af.d
       Land and premisses with the appurtenances In Witness
       whereof the said Henry Willson Party to the present
       Indenture hath put his hand & seal the Day & year
