103) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t August the 19.th 1745 Then Received of Stephen Onion fifty Pounds Current money in full payment for the within mentioned Land and premisses Witness Received P Me Henry Wilson W.m Smith Geo Parker Memorandum that on the 19.th Day of August in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty five came the within mentioned Henry Willson before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Prince Georges County and acknowledged the within mentioned Lands with all and Singular its rights Jurisdictions & appurtenances belonging to ^be^ the right title and Interest of the within mentioned Stephen Onion his heirs & assigns forever and at the same time Came Ann Wilson Wife of the Said Henry Wilson and being Privately Examined out of the hearing of her Said Husband did freely acknowledge all her right of Dower to the within mentioned Lands to the said Stephen Onion his heirs & assigns and that She did the same of her own free will and Accord and not through any fear or threats of her said Husband acknowledged before W.m Smith Jur Coram George Parker Maryland Prince Georges County fs Know all men by these presents that we Turner Wootten and Eliz.a Wootten of y.e Cot.y & Province af.d are held and firmly bound unto Stephen Onion of Baltimore County & Province af.d Iron Master in the just Sum of one hundred Pounds Current money of Maryland to be paid to the Said Stephen Onion or his certain attorney heirs Executors Adm.rs or assigns to which paym.t well & truly to be made and done we bind ourselves and either of us in & for (the) |
