       Land called Osbourns Lott Lying in Baltimore County In
       the Woods Between Binams and Winters Runn that hath not
       been heretofore Sold and Conveyed by him the said Henry Willson
       unto a certain Thomas Bond of Baltimore County which Said
       Tract of Land called Osburns Lott was originally surveyed
       by a certain W.m Osburn for five hundred Acres of Land Reference
       being had to the Land Records for the Meets and Bounds thereof
       Together with all Houses out houses Gardens Orchards Fences
       Pastures Woods and Underwoods Timber and Trees with all
       Springs and Meadows and all Rights Profits Priviledges and
       Jurisdictions to the said Remaining part of the af.d Tract of
       Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
       to hold the af.d three hundred Acres of Land or remaining
       part of Osburns Lott to him the said Stephen Onion his heirs
       and assigns for ever and the said Henry Willson for himself
       his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and
       agree to and with the said Stephen Onion his heirs and assigns
       that the af.d remaining part of the Said Tract of Land is free
       and clear from all and all manner of Bargains and Sales
       made by him the Said Henry Willson or any person for him
       the Rents due and becoming Due to the Lord Propry Excepted
       and that the Said Stephen Onion his heirs or assigns upon
       the af.d Lands and premisses may enter and the same have
       hold occupy Possess and Enjoy without any Let Suit Trouble
       Hindrance or Molestation of him the Said Henry Willson his
       heirs or assigns and the af.d Henry Willson for himself &
       his heirs doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Stephen
       Onion his heirs and assigns that he the Said Henry Willson
       hath full power and authority to sell and Convey the Said
       Land unto Stephen Onion his heirs and assigns for ever
