       Dulany his heirs & assigns all the right title Estate Interest Possession property
       claim & Demand whatsoever of the said Aquila Paca & Rachael his
       Wife of in & unto one third part or dividend of a Tract or Parcell of Land
       Called Partnership Lying in Kent County in the said Province Originally
       Surveyed for & granted to the sid Rachael (by the name of Rachael Browne)
       John & Catharine Tilden & Isabella Blay in fee which as yet remains undivided
       also all Houses & other Buildings Trees Woods fences inclosures &
       other Improvements and all other Appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Primisses or any of them belonging or in any wise Appertaining or there
       with all usually used Occupied & Enjoyed or accepted reputed taken or
       known to be as Part Parcell or Member thereof Together with all
       Patents Deed & other Writings touching & Concerning only the said
       Bargained parcel of Land To have & to hold the said Bargained dividend
       of Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances & every part thereof unto
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs & assigns for ever And the s.d Aquila
       Paca & Rachael his Wife for them selves their & each of their heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs do Covenant & agree to & with the said Daniel Dulany his
       heirs & Assigns in Manner & form following that is to Say that the s.d
       Daniel Dulany his heirs & Assigns shall & may have hold and
       Enjoy from henceforth the said Bargained Parcel of Land & Premisses
       with the Appurtenances & every part thereof without the Let suit
       Interruption eviction or Disturbance of the said Aquila Paca & Rachael
       his Wife or either of them or of any Person or Persons whatsoever lawfully
       having claiming or deriving or that shall or may lawfully have Claim or
       Derive any Lawfull Estate right title or Interest into or out of the Same
       or any part thereof by from or under them the said Aquila Paca & Rachael
       his Wife or either of them & that they the said Aquila Paca & Rachel his
       Wife or either of them their & Each of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs will Warrant
       & Defend the said Bargained Parcell of Land & Premisses with the
       Appurtenances & every part thereof unto the said Dan.l Dulany his
       heirs & Assigns against them the said Aquila Paca & Rachael his Wife
       or either of them & against all Person or Persons whatsoever Lawfully
       Claiming from by or under them the said Aquila Paca & Rachael
       his Wife or either of them Also that the said Aquila Paca & Rachael
       his Wife or either of them during the Natural life of him the said
