       Aquila shall & will at all times on the Lawfull & reasonable request
       at the Proper Costs & Charges in the law of the said Daniel Dulany his heirs &
       Assigns make do acknowledge Execute & Perfect or cause to be made & done
       Executed Acknowledged & Perfected any further & other lawfull & reasonable
       Act & Acts thing & things device & devices Conveyances & Assurances
       in the Law agreeable to these Presents for the further & better granting
       conveying & transferring all the right estate title & interest of them the
       said Aquila Paca & Rachael his Wife or either of them of in & unto
       the af.d one third undivided Part of the af.d Tract of Land & Premisses
       w.th the Appurtenances & every part thereof unto the said Daniel
       Dulany his heirs & Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said
       Aquila Paca & Rachael his Wife heve hereunto set their hands and
       Seals

       On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Received of the w.thin Named Daniel Dulany Esq.r the Sum of
       thirty Seven Pounds five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration
       within mentioned as Witness our hands this thirteenth Day of January
       Anno Domini 1738   Witnesed by us         Aq.a Paca
          H Wells Stokes
          John Paca                                             Rachel Paca

       Be it Remembered that the within Named Aquila Paca & Rachel
       his Wife came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County & Acknowledged the
       within deed to be their Acts & that they have thereby Bargained
       & Sold to the within Named Dan.l Dulany his heirs & assigns all
       their Estate right title & interest Possession & Claim of in & unto
       the one third undivided part of the within Named Tract of Land Called
       Partnership; at which time the said Rachel (having been by us
       Examined out of the hearing of her Husband) Declared that she made
       her Acknowledgement of the same willingly & freely & w.thout being
       Induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by her husband
