       one or more Attorney or Attorneys under him the said Henry Morgan
       to make and Substitute & the same at Pleasure to revoke & what the
       said Henry Morgan shall Lawfully do or cause to be done We and Each
       of us do hereby Promise to allow ratify and Confirm In Witness whereof
       We have hereunto set our hands and Seals this twenty Sixth Day of  
       March in the Twelfth Year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord George
       George the Second King of Great Britain &c And in the Year of our

       that they see the within      Lyonel Lyde and Edward Cooper Sign
       Seal and Deliver the within Power of Attorney as their Act & Deed

X.d  This Indenture made this Twenty Ninth Day of January in
       the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Eight
       Between Aquila Pacca of Baltimore County in the Province of
       Maryland Gentleman & Rachel his Wife of the one Part & Dan.l
       Dulany Esq.r of the City of Annapolis in the same Province of the
       Other part Witnesseth that the said Aquila Pacca & Rachael
       his Wife for & in Consideration of the Sum of thirty Seven pounds
       five Shillings Sterling to them already paid by the said Danuel
       Dulany the receipt whereof the said Aquila Paca & Rachael
       his Wife do hereby acknowledge & therefrom Acquit & Discharge
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns & every of
       them they the said Aquila Paca & Rachael his Wife Have given
       Granted Bargained Aliened & Assignes over And by these Presents
       do give grant bargain alien & assign over unto the said Daniel
