       Assigns for ever from & against them the said John Cooke & Sophia his
       Wife & their or either ^of^ their heirs & all Persons Claiming from by or under
       them or either of them their or either of their heirs & from & against all
       Persons Claiming from by or under the said Nicholas Sewall the
       Decison and also of a& from all Costs & Charges attending the Resurvey
       of the said Land Compounding or Obtaining a Grant for the Surplus
       of the said Land & And that ^they^ the said John Cooke & Sophia his Wife
       shall & will at the Proper Cost & Charge of the said Rich.d Bennett
       his heirs or assigns do & Execute any further or Other Deed or
       Conveyance which Shall be Advised devised or Required by him
       or them for the further assureance or Conveyance of the Premisses
       so as such Deed or Conveyance shall not Contain any Other or
       more Generall Warranty than those Presents In Witness where
       of the said John Cooke & Sophia his wife have hereunto set their
       Hands & Seals the Day & Year first Above Written
On the Back of the foregoing Deed               John Cooke      seale

       Sophia his wife & acknowledged the within Deed according to
       the Directions of the Act of Assembly and the said Sophia being
       Examined Privately out of the hearing of her said Husband
       Declared that she doth make her Acknowledgment of the w.th
       in Deed Willingly & freely & with out being induced thereto
       by fears or threats of or ill Usage by her husband or fear of
       his Displeasure
