79) Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r his heirs or Assignes for Ever and the other fifth part to the use of Charles Carrellson of Daniel Carroll late of ^Duddington^ in Prince Georges County Gentleman deceased his heirs or Assignes for Ever And the said Patrick Creagh for himself and his heirs doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and Assignes that he or they shall and may at all times hereafter have hold peaceably possess and Enjoy all and singular the premisses sufficiently warranted and defended against him the said Patrick Creagh and his heirs or Assignes and all persons whatsoever Claiming from by or under him and that he the said Patrick Creagh hath not done or suffered any act whereby to Charge or incumber the premisses And lastly that he the said Patrick Creagh shall and will at the reasonable request and proper Cost and Charge of the said Benjamin Tasker do Execute and perform any further or other Act or instrument which shall be devised advised or required by the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs or assignes for the better and more firm assurance of the premisses to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and assignes for ever to the uses aforesaid so always as such further Assurance Contain no General Warranty In ^Witness^ Whereof the said Patrick Creagh hath to these presents set his hand and seal the Day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Tho.s Addison Pat Creagh Seal M Rainey On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Received the Considn money within ^mentioned^ being sixty pounds sterling £ 60 Pat Creagh Test Tho.s Addison M Rainey Be it Remembred that on the Thirty first Day of Aug.t 1738 Came before Robert Gordon Esq.r one of the Justices of the Provincial Court Patrick Creagh party to the within Deed & acknowledged the same and the right of the land therein mentioned to the within named Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and desired that his acknowledgment may be recorded and on the same Day Frances the wife of the said Patrick Creagh being examined apart from her said husband declared that she ^voluntarily^ relinquished all the right & Claim of Dower which she may hereafter have in or to the within lands without being Compelled thereto by her Husband Robert Gordon |
