       Declared that she made the said Acknowledgment Freely Willingly &
       without any Threats or Compelsion of her said Husband of fear of his
       Displeasure According to the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided

Ex.d This Indenture Made the Eighth Day of July in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty Eight between
       Patrick Creagh of Annapolis Painter of the one part and
       Benjamin Tasker of Annapolis Esq of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Patrick for and in Consideration of sixty pounds
       sterling to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin Tasker The
       receipt whereof the said Patrick Creagh doth hereby acknowledge
       and himself thereof and of Every part thereof to be fully satisfyed
       Contented and paid hath Given Granted bargained and sold
       and by these presents Doth absolutely give grant Bargain and
       sell unto the said Benjamin Tasker to the uses herein after
       mentioned All those Tracts or parcells of Land in Baltimore
       County (Vizt) one Tract called Cuckold makers Palace Containing one
       hundred Acres One other Tract Called Murphys Pleasure Containing
       Ninety Eight Acres and one other Tract called the Addition Containing
       Fifty two Acres heretofore sold and Conveyed by Patrick Murphy
       late of Baltimore County Planter deceased to the said Patrick
       Creagh by Deed duely Executed bearing Date the Eighth Day of
       March seventeen hundred and Twenty Six together with all
       Buildings Improvements profits Advantages and Appurtenances
       to the said three Tracts of Land and Every of them belonging
       or appertaining or deemed accepted taken as part parcell or
       Member thereof And to hold to him the said Benjamin
       Tasker his heirs and Assignes for Ever to the Uses following to
       wit one fifth part thereof to the use of ^him^ the said Benjamin
       Tasker his            heirs or Assignes for Ever one fifth part
       to the Use of Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs or Assignes for
       ever one fifth part to the use of Doctor Charles Carroll his
       heirs or assignes for ever one fifth part to use of Daniel
