Ex.d This Indenture made the Nineteenth Day of July Anno Domini
       One thousand Seven hundred thirty Eight Between Michael Taylor of Prince
       Georges County Gentleman & Margret his Wife on the one Part & Charles
       Carroll of the City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the other Part Witnesseth
       that Whereas ^the s.d^ Michal Taylor by his Indented Deed of Bargain & Sale
       bearing date the thirteenth Day of June Anno Domini One thousand
       Seven hundred & thirty duely Executed Acknowledged & Recorded did
       Among Other things therein Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe & make
       Over unto him the said Charles Carroll two Tracts or Parcells of
       Land Scituate lying & being in Prince Georges County near the Eastern
       Branch of Potomack River being the Dwelling Plantation of him
       the said Mich.l Taylor One of which Tracts of Land Called Barbadoes
       Containing two hundred & fifty Acres of Land the Other Containing two
       hundred Acres being Part of A Tract of Land Called Scotland Consisting in
       all of four Hundred & fifty Acres of Land as by the said Deed reference
       being thereto ^being^ had may more at Large Appear And Whereas the
       Said Mich.l Taylor Since the Execution & Delivery of the s.d Deed
       hath made a Survey or Surveys on his said Dwelling Plantation
       & between the said Tracts of Land Called Barbadoes & Scotland by
       Meanes whereof the said Tracts of Land may become Disjoyned &
       the said Dwelling Plantation & Right & Property thereto become
       Precarious Disputable & uncertain to him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs & Assigns Contrary to the Just & true Intent & meaning of the said
       Recited Deed & Whereas further that he the said Mich^a^el Taylor &
       Margrett his Wife did by their Indented Deed of Bargain & Sale bearing
       Date the Eleventh Day of September Anno Domini One thousand
       Seven hundred thirty & four for the Consideration therein Expressed
       as further Security to him the said Charles Carroll for the Sume of
       two hundred & fifty two Pounds Sterling money of Great Britain
       to them the said Michael Taylor & Margrett his Wife by the said
       Charles Paid & Satisfied Assign Sell Transfer Alien Enfeoff &
       make Over unto him the said Charles Carroll all the Estate Right
       Title Intrest Claim & Demand of them the said Michael & Margrett
       his Wife of in & to A Tract of Land Scituate & lying in Prince Georges
       Georges County Called Addition to Charles Forrest that is to Say all that
       Part of the said Land Conveyed by Collonell John Bradford to Joice his
       Wife & by the said Joice to Margrett the now Wife of the said Michael
       Containing twelve hundred & Seventy Acres of Land with all
       & Singular Its Appurtenances as by the said Deed may Appear
