74) Seale this Seventh Day of November 1738 Sealed & Delivered In Bridget Donaldson seale Presence of W.m Ghiselin John Ramsay At the Foot of the foregoing Deed was thus Written November 7.th 1738 Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Prov Court the Above Named Bridget Donaldson & Acknowledged the Above Instrument to be her Act & Deed & the said Vessell with her Appurtenances to be the right & Estate of the Above Named John Bullen & William Timbrill & their Assigns for Ever Robert Gordon On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Maryland fs.t Know all Men by these Presents that we John Bullen & William Timbrill within mentioned do hereby for & in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred & forty three Pounds Six Shillings & Eight Pence Curr.t money of the Province af.d to us in hand Paid or Secured to be Paid by William Murray Merchant of Chester Town in Kent County in the Province af.d Doe hereby assign Sell & Transfer & make Over unto the said W.m Murray One third Part of the w.thin Mentioned Brigantine or Vessell Called the S.t Andrew together w.th one third Part of all her Tackle Apparell & furniture to her as within Mentioned belonging To have & to hold the said one third Part of the said Brigatine Together w.th one third Part of the Appurtenances Above mentioned belonging to him the said William Murray his heirs & Assigns for ever & to no Other use Intent or Purpose Watsoever In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands & Seals this Seventh Day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Eight Sealed & Delivered Jn.o Bullen seale In P.rsence of W.m Ghiselin W.m Timbrill seale John Ramsay Recorded Nov.r y.e 10.th 1738 7 1/2 Alienation List made out for the Year 1738 |
