       Execute & Perform all things whatsoever which in or about the
       Premisses shall be necessary to be done for accomplishing & Effecting
       thereof And further know Yee also that in Case the said John Cockey
       is Dead or if living in Case he shall neglect or refuse to purchase
       the said Two Tracts or Parcells of Land & Premisses & to accept of the
       said Indentures of Lease & Release & to pay the said Fyne or Consideration
       Money of Sixty five Pounds to my said Attorneys or to
       one of them Then We the said Mary Carpenter Widow John Simons
       Tamer Simons Mary Carpenter Spinster & Dorothy Carpenter do
       hereby authorize & impower our said Attorneys John Troad John
       Rendell & John Carpenter & any one or Either of them or his their
       or any one or Either of their Deputy or Deputys or Such Person or
       Persons whom they or any one of them shall think fitt to nominate
       Intrust & appoint for us & our Names to Sell & dispose of the
       said Land & Premisses & by Deeds of Lease & release to Grant &
       Convey the Same to any Person who shall Purchase the same
       & to his or her Heirs for Ever & to receive the Consideration Money
       which shall be Agreed on to be remitted to us for our own Sole &
       Proper Use benefitt & behoofe And further We do hereby Promise to
       ratifye Confirm agree to allow & Establish all & whatsoever our said
       Attorneys or any one ^or Either^ of them or his or their or any one or Either of
       their Deputy or Deputys or Such Person or Persons as they or any
       one of them shall Intrust & appoint shall lawfully Do or Cause to be
       done in & about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents And which
       shall be requisite Needfull & Convenient for Effecting thereof as
       fully absolutely & amply in Every respect to all intents & Purposes as
       we Could or might Do if We ourselves were Personally Present In
       Witness whereof We have hereunto set our hands & seals the Two
       & Twentieth Day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand
