       On the back of the aforegoing Instrument was thus Endorst Vizt
       Talbot County fs.t   Be it remembered that a County Court of the Right
       Honble the Lord Propry that now is held for Talbot County in the Court
       House near Pitts bridge in the County af.d the first Tuesday in June
       Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Eight before
       the Worshipfull Robert Goldsborough Esq.r & his Associates The same
       Robert & his Associates the Justices of the Same County Court personally
       appeared in Open Court before the Same Robert & his Associates the
       within named Thomas Cornish & John Sharpe the Subscribing
       Witnesses to the within Power of Attorney & then & there made Oath
       upon the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they & Each of them
       did see the within named mary Carpenter John Simons Tamer
       Simons Mary Carpenter & Dorothy Carpenter severally Sign Seal
       & as their Acts & Deeds deliver the Same Power of Attorney to &
       for the Uses Intents & Purposes whatsoever in the Same Contained
       & Specifyed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto fixed the
       Publick Seal of Talbot County af.d & set my hand the Day & Year
       first above written

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that We Richard Hill of London
       Town in Ann Arundell County Chirurgeon & Levin Hill of the
       Same County Planter are hold & firmly bound unto Robert Gordon
       Charles Hammond & Richard Francis Esq.r Commissioners or Trustees
       for Emitting the Bills of Credit Established by Act of Assembly of the
       Province of Maryland in the Sum of Two hundred Pounds lawfull
       Money of the said Province to be paid to the said Commissioners or
       Trustees or their Successors To which Payment well & truly to be made
       We bind our selves & Each of us our & Each of our Heirs Executors and
       Administrators in the whole & for the whole joyntly & severally by
       these Presents Sealed with our Seals & Dated this first Day of August
