       Horton & Sarah Caulton the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath bargained sold made over enfeoffed & Confirmed &
       by these Presents doth bargain sell make over enfeoffe & Confirm
       unto the said William Thornton his Heirs & Assignes All that
       Part of a Tract or Parcell of Land Called Huckleberry Forrest
       lying in Ann Arundell County on the South Side of Magothy
       River which said Part remains unsold out of the Original
       Tract & not Containing less than four hundred & fifty four Acres
       together with all Buildings improvements Profits Advantages
       & Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have & to hold unto
       him the said William Thornton his Heirs & Assignes for Ever
       to his & their own Use & to no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever And the said John Hunter for & on behalf of them
       the said Thomas Harper & Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton &
       Sarah Caulton ^& their Heirs^ Covenant & agree to & with the said W.m
       Thornton his Heirs & Assignes that he & they shall & may
       from time to time & at all times for Ever hereafter peaceably
       & quietly have hold possess & enjoy all & singular the Premisses
       without any Let molestation or Trouble of them the
       said Thomas Harper & Cecilia his Wife Elinor Horton & Sarah
       Caulton or any of them or their or any of their Heirs or any
       Person claiming by or under them or any of them And that
       the said Thomas Harper & Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton &
       Sarah Caulton shall & will at any time within three Years
       from the Date of these Presents at the Instance & request &
       at the Proper Cost & Charge of the said William Thornton his
       Heirs or Assignes do execute & perform any other of further Act
       Deed or Conveyance of the Premisses which shall be devised &
       required by the said William Thornton his Heirs or Assignes
       or his or their Council Learned in the Law In Witness whereof
       the said John Hunter hath to these Presents set his hand and
       seal the Day & Year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
