       Lordship's Grant thereof unto the said John Andrews dated the
       tenth Day of April seventeen hundred and forty one for the Quantity
       of Two hundred and seventy Acres more or less and recorded in
       his s.d Lordship's Land Office of Maryland together with all
       buildings Improvements Profits Advantages and appurts
       thereunto belonging and all Deeds Evidences and Writings
       to the said Two Tracts of Land or either of them belonging or
       appertaining To Have and to Hold unto him the said
       Joseph Hill his heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their own
       use and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And the
       said John Hunter for and on behalf of them the said Thomas
       Harper and Cecilia his wife Elianor Horton and Sarah
       Caulton and their heirs Do Covenant and agree to and with
       the said Joseph Hill his heirs and Assigns that he and they
       shall and may from time to time and at all times ^for^ ever hereafter
       Peaceably and Quietly have hold possess and Enjoy
       all and singular the Premisses without any Lett Molestation
       or Trouble of them the said Thomas Harper and Ceclia his Wife
       Elianor Horton and Sarah Caulton or any of them or their or
       any of their heirs or any person Claiming by or under them
       or any of them And that the said Thomas Harper and Cecilia
       his Wife Elianor Horton and ^Sarah^ Caulton shall and will at any
       time within three Years from the Date of these Presents
       at the instance and request and at the proper Cost and Charge
       of the said Joseph Hill his heirs or Assigns do Execute and
       Perform any further Act Deed or Conveyance of the Premisses which
       shall be Devised and required by the said Joseph Hill his heirs or
       Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law In the Witness
       whereof the said John Hunter hath to these Presents set his hand
       and seal the Day and Year first above written
