       of two hundred and fifty pounds sterling being the Consideration
       money within mentioned for the use of Thomas Harper and Cecilia
       his Wife Elianor Horton and Sarah Caulton

       Attorney in fact for Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife Elianor
       Horton and Sarah Caulton Severally within mentioned before
       me the Subscriber one of his Lordship's Justices of the Provl
       Court of Maryland and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act
       and Deed and the Two Tracts of Land and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Joseph Hill
       his heirs and Assigns for ever
