       as aforesaid to acknowledge and to recieve and take the Consideration
       money and Purchase for the same And Whereas the said
       John Hunter by Virtue of the said Procuration or Letter of
       Attorney did after Proper Notice given Expose to sale to the
       highest bidder the Two Tracts of Land and Premisses hereafter
       Particularly mentioned and Expressed Whereupon the same
       fell to the afs.d Joseph Hill for the sum of Two hundred and fifty
       pounds sterling being the highest Price which was offered
       for the same two tracts of Land Now This Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said John Hunter (by Virtue of the
       Procuration and Letter of Attorney afs.d) for and in Consideration
       of the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds Sterling to him
       in hand paid by the said Joseph Hill to and for the use of
       the said Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife Elianor Horton
       and Sarah Caulton the Receipt whereof ^is^ hereby acknowledged
       Hath bargained sold made over enfeoffed and Confirmed
       And by these Presents Doth bargain sell make over enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto the said Joseph Hill his heirs and Assigns
       All that Tract or Parcell of Land called Tolley's Point lying
       and being in the County afs.d on the south side of Severn River
       and at the ^mouth thereof according to the^ meets and bounds thereof as they are mentioned and
       expressed in the Right Honble Charles Lord Baron of Baltimore
       his Patent of Confirmation granted unto Henry Hill late of
       Ann Arundel County afs.d Deceased on the tenth Day of June
       seventeen hundred and thirty four for the Quantity of one
       hundred and fifty nine Acres more or less and recorded in his
       said Lordship's Land Office of Maryland which said Tract
       of Land was afterwards by said Henry Hill Sold and Conveyed
       unto the said John Andrews And also all that Tract or parcel
       of Land Called Andrews Rest lying and being in Ann Arundel
       County and in a Neck Called Hunger Neck Between the Mouth of
       South River and Severn River and according to the meets and
       bounds thereof as they are mentioned and Expressed in his said
