       This Indenture made the Twenty sixth Day of June in
       the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty
       four Between John Hunter late of London but at Present
       in the Province of Maryland Mariner Attorney in fact for
       Thomas Harper in the Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church
       London Surveyor and Cecilia his Wife (who was formerly Cecelia
       Andrews) Elianor Horton of the Parish afs.d Widow and Sarah
       Caulton of the Parish of S.t James Westminster in the County
       of Middlesex Widow Sisters and Coheirs of the Lands of John
       Andrews late of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Planter Deceased of the one part and Joseph Hill of Ann Arundel
       County and Province afs.d Gentleman of the other part
       Whereas the said Thomas Harper and Cecilia his Wife
       Elianor Horton and Sarah Caulton (in their Capacitys afs.d)
       by their Procuration or Letter of Attorney to the said John
       Hunter bearing Date at London the Twenty second day of
       February in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and
       forty three duly proved and entered on Record in the Secretary's Office
       of Maryland in Liber E I N.o 3 folio 508 relation being thereunto
       had may appear among other thing impowered the said John Hunter
       to grant bargain sell Assign Transfer Alien Release enfeoffe and set
       over by all Lawfull ways and means whatsoever all or any of the Lands
       Tenements and Plantations Stock Slaves Negroes Goods Chattels Estate
       and Effects whatsoever belonging and of Right appurtaining to them
       the said Constituants to any person or persons whatsoever and to
       and for the most and best Prices and Advantage their said Attorney
       Could get or Procure for the same And to that end to make Sign Seal
       duly Execute and deliver all such Acts Deeds Writings Conveyances
       and Assurances in the Law as should be Requisite and Necessary
       for the more effectual Assigning and Conveying the same and to
       appear at any Court or Courts in the Province of Maryland afs.d
       and in the name of them the said Constituants (in the Quality afs.d)
       any Deed or Deeds so made Signed Sealed Executed and Delivered
