       together with all Buildings Gardens Woods Underwoods Profits Commodities
       and appurtenances whatsoever unto the said Parcel of Land and Premises
       hereby granted belonging or in any wise appurtaining To Have
       and to Hold the said Parcel of Land and Premises and every Part
       and Parcel thereof unto the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns to
       the only proper use and behoof of him the said Daniel Dulany his heirs
       and Assigns forever, And the said Richard Johns for himself and his
       heirs Doth hereby Covenant and Grant to and with the sid Daniel
       Dulany his heirs Exors and Admors that he the said Richard Johns
       and his heirs the herein before bargained Parcel of Land and Premisses
       and all and Singular other the premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be
       hereby granted and every part or parcel thereof with their and every of their
       appurtenances unto the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns
       against him the said Rich.d Johns and his heirs and against all and
       every other Person or persons whatsoever Claiming by from or under
       Him or them or any of them shall and will Warrant and forever defend
       In Witness whereof the said Richard Johns hath hereunto set his hand
       and Seal the day and Year first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)

                Sealed and Delivered
             In the Presence of

                                                                     John Clare


       Received on the day of the date of the within Deed the sum of Sixty five
       pounds Sterling being the full Consideration for the within Land and
       Premises                                 lb                     P me Rich.d Johns
       Test         John Clare            (65 0  0 ster)

       November the 18 1743   Then Came before us the Subscribers Two of his
       Lordship's Justices of the peace for Calvert County the within named Rich.d
       Johns and acknowledged the within Deed according to the directions of an
