       act of Assembly of this Province in such Cases Provided also at the same
       time Came Margarett the Wife of the said Richard Johns (who being Privily
       and Secretly Examined by us out of the hearing of her said Husband)
       and freely Relinquished all her Claim and Right of Dower to the within
       mentioned Land and Premises and every part thereof without the
       Compulsion of her said Husband or for fear of his Ill Will or displeasure
       unto the within named Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns

       in the full and just sum of one Thousand pounds Currency to be paid to the
       said Lord prop.ry & his successors to which payment well and truly
       to be made We and Every of Us hereby bind Ourselves and Every
       of Us Our and Every of our Heirs Executors Adminis.rs & Assigns
