Ex.d This Indenture made the Eighteenth Day of November in the Year of
       our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty Three Between Richard
       Johns of Calvert County Gentleman of the one part and Daniel Dulany
       of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard
       Johns for and in Consideration of the sum of sixty five pounds Sterling to him
       in hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany at or before the ensealing and
       delivery of these the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath
       Granted Bargained Sold made over and Confirmed And by these presents
       Doth fully and Absolutely Grant Bargain Sell make over and Confirm unto
       the said Daniel Dulany his heirs and Assigns All that Tract or parcell
       of Land Called and known by the name of Mother's Care situate lying
       and being in Baltimore County in the woods on the South Side of the Main
       Falls of Gun Powder River Beginning at a bounded double Poplar
       bounded with Twelve Notches and running North Two hundred and
       Eighty perches Then West Two hundred and eighty perches then South
       Two hundred and eighty Perches then by a Direct Line to the first
       bounded Tree Containing and laid out for five hundred acres of Land
       more or Less according to the Patent Recorded in the Land Office bearing
       date the Twelfth Day of July one Thousand seven hundred and Three
