       John Brice his heirs and Assigns for ever all the said Samuel
       Howard his Right Title Interest Property Claim and demand
       of what Nature or Kind soever which he the said Samuel then
       had or thereafter should have o fin or to the several Tracts or Parcels
       of Land hereafter mentioned (That is to say) Part of Warners Neck
       Containing one hundred and Twenty Acres of Land more or less
       Lancasters Plains Containing on hundred and Eighty Acres of
       Land more or less Porters Hills Containing Two hundred Acres of Land
       more or less Part of Howards Inheritance Containing three hundred
       eighty seven Acres of Land more or less scituate lying and being
       in Ann Arundel County afs.d also Howards Range Containing three
       hundred and eighty seven Acres of Land more or less lying in
       Baltimore County Together with the Houses our Houses Gardens
       Orchards woods and underwoods thereto belonging or in any wise
       appurtaining also one Negro Woman named Nan one Negro Man
       named Ellick and one Negro man named Robin with the increase
       of the said Nan also all the said Samuel Howard his Stock of Black
       Cattle Horses Mares Geldings Sheep and Hoggs with their Increase
       To have and to hold to him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns
       to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said John Brice his heirs
       and Assigns and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever with a
       Condition or Provisoe in the said Indenture that in Case the said
       Samuel Howard his heirs Executors or Administrators Should will
       and Truly pay into the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns the
       afs.d Two hundred Eighty and three pounds Current money at his
       Dwelling House at the City of Annapolis on or before the Tenth day
       of August which should be in the Year of our Lord 1745 with legal
       Interest for the same then the above recited Indenture to be Void
       otherwise to be of full force and Virtue in Law as by the said
       Indenture Recorded in Ann Arundel County Land Records in Liber
