473 R B N.o 1 folio 306 reference being thereto had may more fully and at Large appear And Whereas the said Samuel Howard Partie to these Presents hath since the Date of the afore recited Indenture acquired a further Right to the afs.d ^tracts^ Land by a Purchase from his brothers John Howard and Thomas Howard as by Deeds of Bargain and Sale Recorded in the Land Records of Ann Arundel County in Liber R B N.o 1 appears And Whereas the afs.d sum of two hundred eighty and three pounds Current money or any part thereof or the Interest of all or any part is still due and remains unpaid to the said John Brice by the said Samuel Howard or by any other person or Persons on his behalf Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Samuel Howard for and in Consideration of the afores.d sum of Two hundred eighty and three pounds Current money and interest thereon from the said Tenth Day of September last and also for the further Consideration of five shillings Current money to him the said Samuel Howard in hand paid by the said John Brice the receipt whereof he the afs.d Samuel doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these presents for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Doth give grant Bargain Sell Alien enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns forever all the afs.d Several Tracts or Parcels of Land (Except Lancaster's Plains) To wit, part of Warners Neck Containing one hundred and Twenty Acres of Land more or less Porters Hills Containing Two hundred Acres of Land more or less and part of Howards Inheritance Containing three hundred and eighty seven Acres of Land more or less which said last mentioned several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Scituate lying and being on the South side of Severn River in Ann Arundell County afs.d also Howard's Range lying in Baltimore County afs.d Together with the Reverson and Reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issue and Profits of all and Singular the Premises with their and every of their appurtenances and also the Houses out houses Gardens Orchards woods underwoods fencings ways (Priviledges) |
