470) To a Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Baltimore County Called Lucky Adventure Containing and laid out for Two hundred and fifty Acres Together with all buildings Improvements Profits Benefits and Advantages thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold all and Singular the said Tracts or parcels of Land with their appurtenances unto the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their own use and behoof and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Thomas Howard for himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns shall and may at all times hereafter Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the said Tracts or Parcels of Land with the appurtenances without the least Molestation or Disturbance of him the said Thomas Howard his heirs or Assigns free and Clear from all manner of Incumbrances and that the said Thomas Howard his heirs and Assigns all and Singular the said Tracts of Land and Premises unto the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns shall and will for ever warrant and Defend from all Persons whatsoever In witness whereof the said Thomas Howard hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and Year first above written Sealed and Delivered Tho.s Howard Seal In the Presence of us Tho.s Lusby Jun.r John Buckmaster Ruth Lusby (On) |
