                     Recorded Feb.r the 3.d 1743


Ex.d This Indenture made the thirtieth Day of January in the
       Yeare of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and forty three Between
       Thomas Howard of Baltimore County Planter of the one Part
       and Samuel Howard of Ann Arundel County Planter of the other
       Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Howard for and in Consideration
       of the sum of sixty pounds Sterling money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Howard
       at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof he the said Thomas Howard doth hereby acknowledge and
       Confess and himself therewith fully Contented paid and Satisfied
       And the said Samuel Howard his heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       therefrom Doth Clearly and Absolutely Acquit and Discharge hath
       given granted Bargained Sold Released enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth Clearly and Absolutely give grant
       Bargain Sell release enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Samuel
       Howard his heirs and Assigns forever all these Several Tracts or
       Parcels of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County (that is to
       say) Porters Hills Containing Two hundred Acres Howards
       Inheritance Containing four hundred and forty nine Acres and also
