       which he now hath or hereafter shall have as afs.d to the five Tracts
       of Land aforementioned with their appurtenances to him the said
       Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns forever in manner and form
       as afs.d And the said John Howard for himself his heirs Executors
       and Administrators Doth further Covenant Promise grant and
       agree to and with the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns
       that he the said John Howard his heirs Executors and Administrators
       shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter
       all his Right and Estate which he now hath or hereafter shall have
       as afs.d to the five Tracts or Parcells of Land afs.d to him the said
       Samuel Howard his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents Against all
       manner of Persons whatsoever Claiming or Pretending to Claim
       any Right Title Property Interest Claim or Demand whatsoever
       from by or under him or them or any or Either of them or from
       by or under their or either of their heirs Executors or Administrators
       And Lastly that he the said John Howard his heirs Ex.rs
       and Administrators shall and will at any time hereafter
       at the reasonable Request Cost and Charges in the Law of him
       the said Samuel Howard his heirs or Assigns to make acknowledge
       Levy Suffer and Execute any further or other Deed or Deeds
       Conveyances or Assurances whatsoever as by the said Samuel Howard
       his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall
       be reasonably Advised Devised or required for the better and more
       Perfect Conveying and Assuring his Right which he now hath or
       shall hereafter have as afs.d to the five Tracts or parcels of Land afs.d
       to him the said Samuel Howard his heirs and Assigns for ever
