       and by these Presents Doth give unto the said Walter Smith his
       Heirs & Assignes All that three several Tracts or Parcels of Land
       last abovementioned lying & being in Baltimore County as
       af.d with the Appurtenances To have & to hold the said there
       several Tracts or Parcells of Land last mentioned ^with the appurtenances^ unto the said
       Walter Smith his Heirs & Assignes for Ever in Exchange of and
       for the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land called Halls Crafts first
       abovementioned And the said Walter Smith for himself
       his Heirs & Assignes doth Covenant & grant to & with the
       said John Smith his Heirs & Assignes by these Presents that
       he the said John Smith his Heirs & Assignes shall or Lawfully
       may from time to time & at all times hereafter for Ever peaceably
       & Quietly enter into have hold & Enjoy the af.d Tract or
       Parcell of Land & Premisses first abovementioned or intended
       to be hereby given & Granted by the said Walter Smith with
       the Appurtenances without any Lott Trouble Challenge
       Claim Disturbance or Interruption of or by him the said
       Walter Smith his Heirs or Assigns or of or by any other Person
       or Persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by or under
       him them or any of them And the said John Smith for himself
       his Heirs & Assignes Doth Covenant & Grant to & with the
       said Walter Smith his Heirs & Assigns that he shall or Lawfully
       may from time to time & at all times hereafter for Ever
       peaceably & Quietly enter into Have hold & Enjoy the af.d three
       severall Tracts or Parcells of Land & Premisses or intended to be
       hereby given & granted by the said John Smith with the
       Appurtenances without any Let Trouble Challenge Claim
       Disturbance Interruption of or by him the said John Smith
       his Heirs or Assignes or of or by any other Person or Persons
       whatsoever claiming or to claim from by or Under him them
       or any of them Provided Always & the said Parties to these
       Presents for themselves & their Heirs & Assignes Do Covenant
       & Agree Each with the other by these Presents that if it shall
       happen that if either or any of the said Tracts or Parcells of
