       Containing Six Hundred thirty Six Acres & Sixty Six
       Perches And that a Writ of Seisin hath been duely Executed for
       the same to the End & Purpose that the said Walter Smith should
       have an Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple in the said Lands
       so as to enable him the said Walter Smith to sell & Convey the
       same to any Person whatsoever & the Heirs & Assignes of the
       Person who should purchase the same Now this Indenture
       witnesseth that the said Walter Smith Hath given & granted
       and by these Presents Doth give and grant unto the said John
       Smith his Heirs & Assignes All that Tract or Parcell of Land af.d
       called Halls Craft lying in Calvert County af.d Containing Six
       Hundred thirty Six Acres & Sixty Six perches as afd with Messuages
       & Tenements thereunto belonging To have & to hold the
       said Tract or Parcell of Land & Premisses abovementioned w.th
       the Appurtenances unto the said John Smith his Heirs & Assigns
       for Ever in Exchange for all that three several Tracts or
       Parcells of Land lying & being in Baltimore County following
       fst The Groves Containing Seven Hundred Acres of land
       The Addition to the Poor Jamacallous Plague Containing
       four hundred & thirty four Acres Part of Baleys Discovery
       Containing three hundred Acres more or less For which
       Consideration the said John Smith hath given & granted
