455) Philip Hammond his heirs and Assigns forever to say all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County on the North side of Patapsco River beginning at a bounded White oake a bounded red Oak and a bounded Hickory Standing at the Head of a Draft Descending into a run called Brice's Great Run originally upon the second Day of April seventeen hundred Twenty and Three Surveyed for Samuel Norwood and Called Norwoods Delight Containing and laid out for one hundred Acres more or Less as also one other Tract of Land Called Peddicoarts Banter lying in Baltimore County afs.d being a resurvey of a Tract of Land called Peddicoarts Wish with Vacancy Added as appears by the Certificate of Survey thereof Dated the first Day of September seventeen hundred forty and one and Containing three hundred and three Acres more or less together with all and Singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said Two Tracts or Parcells of Land together with all and Singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belon^g^ing unto him the said Philip Hammond his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Philip Hammond his heirs and Assigns For ever And the said W.m Peddicoart Doth hereby Covenant and Grant for himself and his heirs that he the said W.m and his heirs the said Two Tracts of Land and all and Singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Philip Hammond his heirs |
