       af.d bargained & sold Premisses are Perishable & Subject to Casualties
       It is Covenanted & Agreed between the Parties af.d that at the Expiration
       of the time limited for Payment in Case of Default made the
       said John Hillary his Heirs Executors & Admors to make good such
       Deficiency to the said James Russell & James Wardrop their Exors
       Admors & Assigns In Testimony whereof the Person abovementioned
       hath put his hand & Seal the Day & Year above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                     John Hillary      Seal
