       them should arrive at the Age of twenty one Years as by the same
       Will remaining on Record in the Commissarys Office may appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Robert Isreal for & in Consideration
       of the Sum of thirty five pounds Sterling Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid & satisfyed at & before the Ensealing
       & Delivery of these Presents by him the said Charles Carroll the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & therewith is fully
       Content & satisfyed & thereof & from every part & Parcell thereof doth
       acquit Exonerate ^release^ & Discharge him the said Charles Carroll his
       Heirs Exors & Admors Hath given granted bargained Sold aliened
       enfeoffed released & Confirmed And by these Presents doth fully
       absolutely & freely give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe & Confirm
       unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs & Assigns for Ever all the
       Right Title Interest Claim & Demand of him the said Robert Isreal
       of in & to the Lands af.d by Virtue of his said Fathers Will & the Reversion
       & the Remainder & the Reversions & Remainders thereof
       & every Part & Parcell thereof together with all the Buildings Improvements
       Profitts & Advantages thereof therein or thereto ^in any wise^ belonging
       & appertaining To have & to hold unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs & Assignes for Ever In Trust that is to say
       one fifth part of the said Bargained Premisses to the use of Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r his Heirs & Assignes for Ever One fifth Part to the
       Use of Daniel Dulany Esq.r his Heirs & Assignes for Ever One fifth
       Part to the Use of Charly Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll of Duddington
       Mannor Deceased his Heirs & Assigns for Ever One fifth part
       to the Use of Charles Carroll of Annapolis Chyrurgeon his Heirs
       & Assigns for Ever the other fifth Part thereof to the Use of him the
       said Charles Carroll Esq.r his Heirs & Assignes for Ever as Tenants
       in Common & not as Joynt Tenants to take by Survivorship And
       the said Robert Isreal doth Covenant & agree to & with him the
       said Charles Carroll Esq.r that he the said Robert at the Ensealing
       & Delivery of these Presents hath Good right full Power & lawfull
       Authority to bargain & sell One full third Part of the said Lands
