441) the receipt & hereof & of every Part thereof doth acquit & Discharge the said James Russell & James Wardrop their Exec.rs Admors and every of them for ever by these Presents Hath Given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed confirmed & made over & by these Presents he the said John Hillary doth for himself & his Heirs Give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe Confirm & make over unto the said James Russell & James Wardropp All that Tract or Parcell of Land called John's Lott being his late Dwelling Plantation Containing Two hundred Acres lying & being in Prince Georges County aforesaid Also the following Negroes Viz.t One Negro man named Moses One Negro Man named Alley & One Negro Woman named Jenny and Negro Girl named Sue and one Boy named Gemby Together with all & singular the Houses & other Improvements Conveniencies & Advantages on the said Land belonging or in any wise ^manner^ appertaining To have and to hold the said Tract of Land called John's Lott af.d & Premisses af.d & the Negro man named Moses & one Negro Man named Alley & One Negro Woman named Jenny One Negro Girl named Sue & one Boy named Gemby unto them the said James Russell & James Wardrop their Heirs Exors Admors & Assigns & to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said John Hillary doth for himself his Heirs Exors & Admors Covenant promise grant & Agree to & with the said James Russell & James Wardrop their Heirs Exors Admors & Assignes that he the said John Hillary now is the true & sole Owner of the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land called John's Lott af.d with the Premisses af.d & the Negro ^Man^ named Moses the Negro man named Alley & the Negro woman named Jenny the Negro Girl named Sue and the Boy named Gemby & that the said John Hillary hath Lawfull right & Authority to give grant bargain & sell the same according the Tenor of these Presents & that the said Tract or Parcell of Land ^afd^ & the Negroes af.d are & shall be Stand & Abide Clear & free (Discharged) |
