Ex.d  This Indenture made the fifteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and thirty Eight Between James Haddock Waring of
       Prince Georges County Gentleman and Elizabeth his Wife of the one Part and
       George Stuart of the City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said James and Elizabeth for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of two hundred and thirty Pounds Current Money of Maryland to them
       in hand paid by the said George Stuart the Receipt whereof the said James &
       Elizabeth do hereby acknowledge and Confess themselves therewith to be
       fully Contented paid and Satisfyed have Given Granted bargained and
       sold & by these Presents do give Grant Bargain & Sell unto the Said George Stuart his
       heirs & Assigns for Ever Two Severall Lotts or Parcells of Land lying & being in the City of
       Annapolis Purchased by Peter Overard late of the Same Place Inholder of Daniel Carroll
       & Thomas Holmes late of Annapolis Together w.th Several Messuages Outhouses & other
       Buildings & Improvements on the Said Lotts or Parcells of Land To have & to hold the
       said two Severall Lotts or Parcells of Land Messuages Outhouses & other the Buildings
       & Improvements thereon Unto the said George Steuart his heirs & Assignes for ever
       to the only use & behoof of the Said George Stewart his heirs & Assigns for Ever
       & to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said James Haddock
       Warring for himself & Eliz.a his Wife doth Covenant & Agree to & w.th the said George
       Stewart his heirs & assigns that he the said George Stewart & his heirs Shall & may
       at all times for ever hereafter Quietly & Peaceably have hold use Occupy &
       Enjoy all & Singular the Said two Severall Lotts or Parcells of Land & all other
       the Bargained Premisses free & Clear from all Incumbrances without the Lett
       Molestation or Interruption of them the Said James & Elizabeth & their heirs
       or Any other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim from by or under
       them or Any of them And the said James & Elizabeth for themselves & their heirs
       do further Covenant & Agree to & w.th the Said George Stewart his heirs & Assigns that they
       the said James & Elizabeth & their heirs for themselves & their heirs do further Covenant
       & Agree to & with the Said George Stewart his heirs & assigns that they the said James
       & Eliz.a & their heirs Shall & will at any time w.thin Seven Years from the Date
       hereof at the reasonable request & at the Proper Cost & Charges in the Law of the Said
       George Stewart his heirs or Assigns make do ^&^ Execute or Cause to be made done &
       Executed Any other Act or Acts thing or things device or Devices in the Law
       Conveyance or Assurance as by the said George Stuart his heirs or assigns
       or his or their Councill Learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised
       Advised or Required for the better Assureance & more Confirming Conveying
       of the Premisses unto the Said George Stewart & his heirs for Ever In Testimony
       whereof the Said James & Eliz.a have hereunto Set their hands & Seals the
